Creating a link to the index page

Hi,

I'm very new to all this so please forgive me if I'm asking a silly question but...

I created a link page that takes you to the index page by following the steps in this thread:
http://support.cargocollective.com/discussion/18225/link-to-index/p1

However now i also wanted to have a link within the text of the page that can also take you through to the index page. Is this possible?
