I am not receiving the email with the instruction to change my password

This morning I cleaned all the cookies on my computer.

I can´t access the admin of my cargo account , it says the log in details are wrong. I click the forgot password button, it says that the email with new details has been sent but I don't receive anything. Normally is automatic. It has been like this since this morning aroun 10.00am now is 14.45pm here.

Can you help? Is that normal?
