single background box containing nav and project text - Landsat

Hi,

I am trying to work out how to have my nav container stack vertically (rather than horizontally) and to the left under my header image.
Ideally I would like it have my nav container, all of the project nav buttons and my project text all sitting in the same background box, Is this possible?
