how do i add a scrollbar to a project window in tesla?

sooooo...I'd love to ad a nifty, nice looking vertical scroll bar to each of my project windows that need it (i.e. if the description or images etc in a project go further down in the window than the browser will display, there's a scroll bar in the project window itself to scroll down with, so the viewer doesn't have to use the scroll bar all the way to the right in the browser.
Help? Possible?
