Changing the positions of contents, and of navigation menus+header

Hi,

It is quite complicated, please look at the picture attached.
I want to move the contents to the left side of the navigation menu and of the header image. The text of all contents should be aligned to the right.
How could I make these changes?
SORRY, but I have been trying for quite some time, and it doesn't really work by myself. Please advise. I'd greatly appreciate.
