URGENT email not working since transferred site onto custom url

My email works through my web host 'hostroute' and since asking cargo support to transfer my site on to my custom url my email isn't working.

I also am unable to access my cpanel through hostroute normally via tomburns.co.uk/cpanel

This is urgent any advice would very grateful!!!
