Columns in the project description

Hi there,

I've been trying to get this to work and am failing at it. I definitely want to make sure its possible to support in different browsers. I'd like to have it so that there is an english and japanese translation divided into columns in the design layout like the attached reference.

Right now I can't seem to get the right column working and that it adjusts appropriately if there is a different body size.
