Video thumbnail

Hi, how do I get the first frame in my videos automatically turn up as thumbnails when I‘m uploading a video? I tried to upload the movie file as thumbnail, hoping it would show the first frame, but it wasn’t that easy unfortunately.

How do I do this really quick?
