How do I make images within a project into horizontal lines instead of one vertical line?

I'm trying to have one of my projects, containing images show up on my page in a grid format of horizontal and vertical lines.

I would also want to link to each image to an additional site through issuu...

How would I do this? Would I need to upgrade my Cargo account or can I still do it through the basic site?
