Horizontal pages and links with Tesla

Hi there,

How would I go about getting the navigation to be horizontal on the Tesla template? it doesn't seem to change when selected/unselected in the interface.

Also to have it underneath the thumbnails with the same positioning properties as my header, currently it stays fixed whereas I'd like to have it always in the centre no matter the size of the browser window, just like the header.
